Go to the Meds tab, tap 'Add Medication', then either say the name out loud using the microphone or type it in. HealthLog will fill in the details for you.
Yes! During onboarding or when adding medications, you can snap a photo of your medication box and HealthLog will read the details automatically.
Go to the Meds tab, find the medication you want to remove, and tap on it. You'll see a 'Remove' option.
Tap on any medication in the Meds tab to edit its dose, frequency, or timing.
Tap the record button (microphone icon) at the bottom of the screen. You'll be asked to confirm before recording starts. When your appointment is finished, tap stop.
HealthLog creates a summary of what was discussed and lists any action items (like new prescriptions or follow-up appointments) for you.
Yes! Go to the Home tab and find the appointment card, or go to Me > Past Recordings to find all your previous recordings.
It's good practice to let your doctor know you'd like to record. Most doctors are happy for you to do so — it helps you remember their advice.
Go to the Vault tab and tap 'Upload Document'. You can take a photo of a letter, scan, or prescription and it will be stored safely.
Documents are sorted by category — blood tests, hospital letters, scans, prescriptions, and more. You can search for any document by name.
Yes, all your documents are stored securely and you can view them any time from the Vault tab.
Go to the Reminders tab and tap 'Add Reminder'. Choose the medication and set the time you'd like to be reminded.
Yes! You can set reminders for upcoming appointments too. Just choose 'Appointment' when adding a reminder.
